Clean rooms, great location. It's got all you need if you're not spending too much time in your hotel. The rooms are definitely very small by American standards, and if you're not accustomed to compact bathrooms (accordion shower door, etc) it can take a little getting used to. No complaints, though.

**** UPDATE: u003e 6mo later and a lot of communication later, a refund has been given!!

ITS A SCAM. Not worth the stay.

This hotel tried to claim that I did not pay, so they charged me again upon arrival. Later, the young man at the front admitted his mistake and said he would refund my card but that it would take 3-5 business days for it to go through. Well here I am 3 MONTHS later. And no refund. The customer service is terrible and impossible to speak with an actual representative. Julio Espinoza also confirmed that I would be getting a refund. But surprise. Still no refund.

Room was clean, everyone was very friendly. This was our second stay and we enjoyed it again.

Crammed rooms, inexpensively furnished. Perfect location for short stopovers.

I was on a business travel for one night there. My room was 3.8 sqm and didnt even had a desk. If you are going only to sleep for one night is ok, if no: AVOID! Was all clean and everything, but come on... beneath one's dignity! Not recommended for vacation.

Very disappointed. 200€ for one night, maybe because of high demand this night (even if no particular event was taking place in Cologne!).
The room was very cold, and no hot water in the evening due to a power outage or so. The staff offered us the breakfast (which is poor, btw), but the gesture was very small compared to the cost of the night...

Maybe a good place as a hostel when they offer "normal" price and face no surprise?

I paid 35 euros per person and i didn't found blanket, sheets and tower !!!! , Very very Bad Hostel, I never saw that. Impolite home, no preparation of the room
unclean room, avoid it if you want to have a good stay ....
