So hatte der Kunde vor mir über 10 min am Stadthallenschalter zu tun, am Theaterschalter nebenan langweilte sich die Angestellte mangels Kundenbetrieb, konnte mich aber auch nicht bedienen wegen Trennung der Ressorts.
