Furchtbarer Service!
Nach der bestätigten Online-Reservierung wollte ich heute mein Gerät zum vorher verbindlich gebuchten Preis abholen.
An der Kasse sollte ich dann plötzlich einen um 70,- € höheren Preis zahlen, was ich zu meinem erschrecken auch nicht von der Verkäuferin hörte, sondern lediglich auf dem Display des EC-Gerätes sah.
Auf Nachfrage, wurde mir genervt mitgeteilt, das ich doch einfach wieder kommen möchte, wenn der Preis gesenkt ist!
Eine tolle Methode, um den Kunden mehr Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen und dadurch natürlich auch mehr Umsatz zu generieren.
