Since I'm not a cake eater, I can't say much about the sweet particles - but if there are sugar cake corners, I grab them: they taste like they used to, like butter and sugar!!
The finished, filled rolls are always fresh and have a variety of toppings.
For me, the Schäfer bakery is the tastiest in Chemnitz.

Die Körner- Brötchen ( Emmerle-, Buchweizen-, Dinkel- und Wellnessbrötchen) sind absolut unschlagbar lecker, auch die Brote sind hervorragend und werden auf Wunsch vor Ort geschnitten.
Da ich kein Kuchenesser bin, kann ich zu den süßen Teilchen nicht viel sagen- aber wenn es Zuckerkuchen-Ecken gibt, greife ich zu: die schmecken wie früher, nach Butter und Zucker!!
Auch die fertigen, belegten Brötchen sind immer frisch und abwechslungsreich belegt.
Für mich ist der Schäfer- Bäcker der leckerste in Chemnitz.
