Die Sachsenperle ist wirklich eine Perle. Wir waren auf der Suche in Chemnitz nach "Ost"- Gastronomie und wurden hier fündig. Draußen sitzen bei warmen Wetter unter Vogel Gezwitscher war schon toll. Dazu kamen die 2 sehr netten Bedienungen, die sich sehr um unser wohl gekümmert haben.

Die Pelmini waren für meiner Partnerin und Sohn die perfekte Vorspeisenwahl und zum Hauptgericht hatten wir die Sachsenperle Pfanne, Steak au four und die Gewürzfleischpfanne. Jede Speise war für den jeweiligen Besteller neu im Geschmack und genau das richtige.
