As the mother of a former apprentice, however, I am appalled by the way they were handled and the harassing incidents that were shown here, mainly by 2 people in this branch.
I have thought more than once whether I should report these things to the head office, but out of consideration for my child, I have not done so ...
Of course, I will not go into more detail here about what happened, but in certain positions you should think hard about whether you are especially humanly capable of training the next generation, teaching them the important basics of the professional profile and ensuring that they are that young people start their new profession with joy ...
Unfortunately, not much seems to have changed in this direction until today, so I'm all the more proud that my daughter persevered and went her way !!!!!

Zuerst sei gesagt, dass ich sehr gerne in dieser Filiale einkaufen gehe, da es dort durchaus sehr nette, motivierte und engagierte Mitarbeiterinnen gibt, welche gerne weiterhelfen und/oder immer ein freundliches Wort im Umgang mit Kunden haben.
Als Mutter einer ehemaligen Auszubildenden allerdings bin ich entsetzt über den Umgang und die durchaus schikanösen Begebenheiten, welche hier vor allem von 2 Personen dieser Filiale an den Tag gelegt wurden.
Ich habe mehr als einmal überlegt, ob ich diese Dinge an die Zentrale melden sollte, habe es auf Rücksicht meines Kindes dann nicht getan ...
Natürlich werde ich hier nicht näher darauf eingehen, was alles vorgefallen ist, allerdings sollte man in gewissen Positionen stark darüber nachdenken, ob man, vor allem menschlich dazu fähig ist, den Nachwuchs auszubilden, ihm die wichtigen Grundlagen des Berufsbildes zu vermitteln und dafür zu sorgen, dass der junge Mensch mit Freude in den neuen Beruf startet ...
Leider scheint sich sich bis heute nicht viel in dieser Richtung geändert zu haben, umso stolzer bin ich, dass meine Tochter durchgehalten hat und ihren Weg gegangen ist!!!!!
