Some of the cashier are really rude and unfriendly. I was new and didn't know how to use payback barcode properly and the woman cashier just snatched my phone and put it on the scanner to scan. This happened few months ago when I was new in Chemnitz.

Also today, the same cashier was working and unfortunately I went to her Station again and she didn't even wait for me to put my payback barcode to scan. She just quickly opened the till and gave me the change.

The Google map shows that it is open until 22:00, but it was closed at 20:00
