Positive: Large apartment in Chemnitz, relatively close to the train/bus station - it's a nice walk. Interesting surroundings. Fair price. Two beds, nice bathroom. A frigo - always good.. Negative: Very difficult to access the room with many codes for multiple doors. Once you get there, it's fine. No toaletries. Payment with cash only (not problem with that). Beds and pillows average, they worked out fine..
