Positive: The host was lovely! Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He brought me a hairdryer minutes after I called to enquire about it. He didn't mind our two dogs or charge us extra for them. The room was sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great too, very close to the tram stop and only a short ride from the city centre. I highly recommend staying there!!.
