- wörtlich:".. wegen unseren neun Nächten..." und "wir hätten ja schließlich keinen Vertrag".

Was soll man dazu noch sagen oder bewerten.
Einfach nicht mehr buchen. Wer so mit Gästen umgeht, hat wohl das falsche Gewerbe.
