The food itself really didn't knock me off my feet. I ordered baked chicken with spicy red Thai curry, coconut milk, vegetables and rice.
The rice was well cooked and the baked chicken was okay, but nothing more. The sauce and the vegetables, however, were an absolute fail. Absolutely nothing of sharpness to be felt. And I'm really not someone who likes to eat very spicy. The sauce had a strange, extremely sour aftertaste. Basically, it reminded me a lot of the Maggi pasta sauce "Tomato Mozzarella". No trace of coconut milk either. In short, it was one of the worst curry sauces I have ever tasted. And I've eaten innumerable lots.
The vegetables were overcooked and almost mushy in consistency.
All in all, I can unfortunately not recommend this Asian snack bar.

Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen und meinenes Appetits auf asiatisches Essen hat es mich heute mal hier hin gezogen.
Leider wurde ich durch die Bank hinweg enttäuscht.
Ok es ist ein Imbiss und kein Restaurant, aber tut es wirklich Not dutzende Blumenkästen,
teils mit teils ohne Bepflanzung, im Verkaufsraum zu stapeln? Zudem war der Boden übersät mit Blättern von draußen. Ja ich finde es richtig das die Tür zwecks Belüftung offen bleibt, aber man kann ja wenigstens mal durchkehren von Zeit zu Zeit.
Das Essen selbst hat mich echt nicht vom Hocker gerissen. Ich hatte gebackenes Hühnchen mit scharfem roten Thai Curry, Kokosmilch, Gemüse und Reis bestellt.
Der Reis war ordentlich gegart und auch das gebackene Hühnchen war ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Sauce und des Gemüse hingegen waren ein absoluter fail. Von Schärfe absolut nichts zu spüren. Und ich bin nun wirklich niemand der gerne sehr scharf isst. Die Sauce hatte einen merkwürdigen, extrem säuerlichen Nachgeschmack. Grundsätzlich hat diese mich sehr an die Maggi Nudelsauce "Tomate Mozzarella" erinnert. Von Kokosmilch ebenso keine Spur. Kurzum, es war eine der geschmacklich schlechtesten Curry Saucen die ich je gegessen habe. Und ich habe schon unzählig viele gegessen.
Das Gemüse war übergart und von der Konsistenz her fast schon matschig.
Alles im allem kann ich diesen Asia Imbiss leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
