The Jansen is a nice restaurant with quality food and friendly staff. The vegan and vegetarian meals are marked in the menu wich is nice. The restroom has been clean when I wenn there with my family. The only downside is the price of the food and service as you will end up easily paying 100 Euro for a dinner with 4 people (for a salad, main dish and 1 drink for everyone). Nice place to visit to celebrate special occasions but too expensive for a casual but quality meal.

This is a restaurant. Here they take plants, fruits and animals and turn them into delicious things to eat. I didn't eat any animals (what?! I'm not some kind of monster), but the plants they heat in different ways to make them taste better are incredible.

TLDR: Go here if you eat food.

Chic restaurant, one of the best in Chemnitz.
The place is quiet and waiters very professional.
The food is modern, not the usual German cooking.
Prices are a bit higher but it's worth

very good food good ingredients well prepared. Had cod which was perfectly cooked. Service friendly and efficient. Open late.

A nice enjoyable meal. I had the garganelli with salami which was nice and filling. I would come back again.
