Unfortunately, the house is incredibly badly soundproofed and the smoke from the neighboring rooms moves into the corridor and the adjoining rooms.
Sleeping was impossible at night due to the loud neighbors (despite a polite request).
In the morning there was a pool of blood in the middle of the aisle.
The reception is not manned (or at least it wasn't at check-in and check-out) and there was no contact person on site.
For a slightly higher room price than here (45€/night for a single room) you can find much better accommodation that is just as close to the center.
If possible, I would give 0 stars.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, eher spartanisch eingerichtet (grelle Halogenlampe als einzige Lichtquelle), verfügen aber über die nötigste Ausstattung.
Leider ist das Haus unfassbar hellhörig und der Rauch der Nachbarzimmer zieht in den Gang und die anliegenden Zimmer.
An Schlaf war in der Nacht aufgrund der lauten Zimmernachbarn nicht zu denken (trotz höflicher Aufforderung).
In der Früh war eine Blutlache mitten im Gang.
Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt (bzw. war sie es zumindest bei Check-In und Check-Out nicht) und man hatte keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
Für einen etwas höheren Zimmerpreis als hier (45€/Nacht für ein EZ) findet man weitaus bessere Unterkünfte, die ebenso nah am Zentrum sind.
Wenn möglich, würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben.
