Das ich mal einen Laden lobe, weil ich dort nichts gekauft habe, hätte ich auch nicht gedacht! :-) Wollte einen Welpenauslauf kaufen und per Internet wurde mir angezeigt, dass dort in der Filiale noch einer verfügbar war. Ich also hin und die nette Verkäuferin gefragt. Die holte auch gleich noch eine zweite dazu und mit vereinter Kraft haben sie mir den vorhandenen Auslauf gezeigt. Ich wurde gefragt, welche Rasse, wie alt usw.. Plötzlich fingen beide an, von eigenen Erfahrungen zu berichten und mir eigentlich von dem Ding abzuraten, da ich es eh nur 2-3 Wochen nutze, der Welpi es dann umkippt, anknabbert, drüberspringt und es eigentlich nichts bringt. Ich solle ihn doch lieber an die Schlepp nehmen und irgendwo im Garten kurzzeitig anbinden. Was soll ich sagen, ich bin beeindruckt. Es ging den Damen wirklich mal um den Kunden, die ehrliche Beratung und nicht nur um Umsatz. Sie hätten mir das Ding auch einfach verkaufen können. Nein, sie haben nachgefragt und sind auf meine Wünsche mit einer ehrlichen Beratung eingegangen. RESPEKT und vielen Dank. Ihr habt jetzt eine dauerhafte Kundin mehr!!!
