Especly I would like to thanks Medical sisters in Kreis saal and on Stacion F1B for all kindnes, smiles and humanity in them, therefore I salute you for that!

I am living for more than three years in Germany in different cities and this is the first and only Hospital that always sends me an invoice (Rechnung) to pay, even if I have a health insurance. Then they send these invoices more than a month late but you have only 10 days time for make the transfer. Apart from that, they only have paying parking, even if its no space problems in this city. Its seems they need to make profit of our illnesses in all ways possible.

The quality of the food is ????????????????. Please be careful. Eating insects aren't healthy for people who haven't tasted insects in life ????

We started around 3 a.m. in the morning and the midwives took us in calmly. Everything was relaxed (I'm sure we were lucky, since there wasn't much going on at the time) and professional. Weeks in advance we had been given a guided tour and were able to ask questions. As a result, the paperwork was already done on the day of the birth, which I can recommend to everyone.
The team provided fantastic care and support for my wife during the birth. She always felt safe and in good hands. In the aftermath, the days on the maternity ward were also absolutely great. We were calmly shown all the steps, all the nurses, midwives and staff (cleaning, food, etc.) were super committed, friendly and patient, even if you rang the bell several times on the first day. The provision of food, tea and snacks was also excellent and helped us a lot.

Thanks to the whole team in the delivery room for the good work and the F1B team for the great care and care until our healthy daughter returned home.

Ich kann die Geburtsklinik und Wochenstation Rabenstein absolut empfehlen. Das Krankenhaus wurde hier seinem guten Ruf mehr als gerecht. Morgens gegen 3 Uhr ging es bei uns los und die Hebammen haben uns ruhig aufgenommen. Es war alles entspannt (sicher hatten wir auch Glück, da gerade wenig los war) und professionell. Bereits Wochen vorher hatten wir eine Führung bekommen und konnten Fragen stellen. Dadurch war der Papierkram am Tag der Geburt schon erledigt, was ich jedem empfehlen kann.
Das Team hat meine Frau während der Geburt fantastisch versorgt und begleitet. Sie fühlte sich zu jedem Zeitpunkt sicher und in guten Händen. Im Nachgang, die Tage auf der Wochenbettstation waren auch absolut top. Uns wurden in Ruhe alle Handgriffe gezeigt, alle Schwestern, Hebammen und Mitarbeiterinnen (Reinigung, Essen usw.) waren super engagiert, freundlich und geduldig, auch wenn man am ersten Tag öfter einmal geklingelt hat. Auch die Versorgung mit Essen, Tee und Snaks war hervorragend und hat uns sehr geholfen.

Danke an das ganze Team im Kreissaal für die gute Arbeit und das Team der F1B für die tolle Betreuung und Versorgung bis zu Heimkehr mit unserer gesunden Tochter.

At first we each had a single room, later we were allowed to share a double room. We think it's good and nice in the Corona period when you're offered to share a room. A big thank you to the staff. Now that the quarantine at my girlfriend's is over tomorrow, she will probably be released. In summary, we would like to mention that the stay here at the DRK hospital in Chemnitz Rabenstein went well. We felt comfortable and well received. Thanks to all the nursing staff and medical management. Also worth mentioning is the huge newly designed parking lot directly at the hospital. For a small opulus, the car is safe here over the patient visit.

Rezeptionspersonal sollte geschult werden, welcher Notarzt wo in welcher Abteilung arbeitet und Bereitschaft hat. Somit entfallen unnötige und doppelte Laufwege für Patienten. Behandlung an sich war wie immer sehr gut.

Nun durfte ich mich persönlich bei einem Aufenthalt hier von der Freundlichkeit des Personals überzeugen. Nett, freundlich und zuvorkomnend sind nur einige Stichpunkte. Ganz oben sei die Kompetenz erwähnt.
Aber sei vom Anfang begonnen. Ich wurde vergangenen Donnerstag früh gegen 10.00 Uhr aufgrund von Corona hier eingeliefert. Meine Freundin kam eine Stunde später. Zuerst hatte jede von uns ein Einzelzimmer, später durften wir uns ein Doppelzimmer teilen. Wir finden es in der Corona Zeit gut und schön, wenn einem angeboten wird, sich ein Zimmer zu teilen. Ganz dickes Dankeschön an das Personal. Da nun die Quarantäne morgen bei meiner Freundin überstanden ist, wird sie wahrscheinlich entlassen. Zusammenfassend möchten wir erwähnen, der Aufenthalt hier im DRK Krankenhaus in Chemnitz Rabenstein war/ist gut verlaufen. Wir haben uns wohl ind gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Danke an das gesamte Pflegepersonal sowie ärztliche Leitung. Zu erwähnen ist noch der riesige neugestaltete Parkplatz direkt am Krankenhaus. Für einen kleinen Opulus steht hier das Auto über den Patientenbesuch sicher.

Habe unseren Sohn in Rabenstein entbunden. Wir wurden von Anfang bis Ende kompetent und liebevoll betreut und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Hatten für die Tage nach der Geburt ein Familienzimmer, was wir nur empfehlen können. Alle Hebammen und Ärzte waren sehr lieb. Weiter so!
