Miserabel kann ich da nur sagen. Als Paketannahmestelle das Letzte.
Nicht nur das die Öffnungszeiten (Mo-Fr 10:00-15:00Uhr) für berufstätige völlig unvorteilhaft sind, nein auch ein entgegenkommen ist nicht vorhanden. Aus Zufall mal Samstag vorbei gefahren, im Laden war volles Licht an und Fernseher sowie Musik lief. Beim anrufen wurde gesagt das er nicht da ist. Aber man hat die gleiche Musik im Hintergrund gehört?! Als man dann jemanden gefunden hat der das Paket abholen kann, wurde patzig reagiert und gemeint das Paket steht nicht im System... Nach nochmaligen Nachfragen war es dann doch da!
Ich hoffe dpd nimmt meine Beschwerde ernst und stellt Anforderungen an die Shopannahmestellen was die Öffnungszeiten betrifft. Kann ja wohl nicht sein!!! Niemals würde ich mein Paket freiwillig dort abgeben lassen!!!!
