Wir waren heute hier bei euch einkaufen. Bei uns hat sich Besuch angesagt und ich finde es sehr schön, eine sonntags geöffnete Bäckereiverkaufsstelle in der Nähe zu haben. Das war das Positive, dass einzig Positive. Weder ein "Guten Tag ", noch sonst irgendeine Regung von Seiten der Verkäuferin erwartete uns. Ich kaufte fünf Stück Kuchen/Torte, ein Brot und zwei Brötchen. Krustini werden sie hier genannt. Ich würde sie "die flache Flunder" nennen. (siehe Foto) Der Kuchen wurde von der stummen Verkauferin eingepackt und als wir ihn zuhause auspackten, durften wir dern Aufbau des Kuchens kennenlernen. (siehe Foto) Ganz nett von der Verkauferin, den Kuchen getrennt einzupacken. (Boden getrennt von, ja was eigentlich?) Es ist wirklich schön, den Boden vom Rest zu erleben. Sehr geehrter Herr Wohlgemuth, vielleicht sollten sie ihre Angestellten schulen, wie Kuchen verpackt werden sollte. Desweiteren machen mich die Preise nachdenklich. Ein Brot, 750gr. für 3,75€ finde ich schon sehr übertrieben. Und nicht zu vergessen, die Krustini, ich sag mal "die flache Flunder" für 0,89Cent schlägt dem Fass den Boden aus. Ach ja, dabei wiegt es doch 84gr., dass zweite von mir gekaufte ganze 102gr. Also Herr Wohlgemuth. Es macht riesigen Spaß bei ihnen einzukaufen. Ich war etwas erstaunt über die Menge an Gästen. Warum? Weil ich das Angebot der gereichten Speisenam Buffet überschaubar fand. Zumal die Qualität eher der einer mittelprächtigen Betriebskantiene glich. Die warmen Gerichte waren, meiner Meinung nach, alle der Tiefkühltruhe entsprüngen. Das einzig "frisch zubereitete" waren die Kartoffeln, wobei die wohl schon am Vortag gekocht wurden. Darauf schließe ich, weil sie mit einer trockenen Haut umhüllt waren. Das Rührei war auch nicht besonders lecker, es kam wohl auch aus dem Kanister. Die Wurstplatte, 50 cm x 40 cm boht mir fünf oder sechs Wurstdorten dar, die auch von eher günstiger Qualität waren. Gläser für Saft, welcher gleich am Eingang präsentirt wurde, suchte ich eine dreiviertel Stunde lang vergeblich. Alles in allem wurde der Preis dem Angebot nicht gerecht. Das einzig wirklich schöne war die Location, aber der Eindruck wurde auch wieder durch den immensen Geräuschpegel und die zu enge Plazierung der Tische getrübt. Es gibt in Chemnitz definitiv bessere Möglichkeiten, lecker und in schöner Atmosphäre mit netter Bedienung zum Brunch zu gehen.
