I've worked for this Company nearly a month night shift. Working time not really regulated. Worked without even 1 break!!! No lunch or tea break! Never asked do I wonted or not to work on Saturday, just said that I must come. Probation time was not a 1 day or 1 WEEK!!! Unfortunately, after three weeks I must been go home to my Country because of my Mum illness and death. I informed Mr. Meyer( not a son, but a father) about my situation and said that I don't know how long it will take me to get back. He said that everything fine.
After while when I got back, I found that I'm fared and not been paid even 1 cent!!! I spoke to Mr. Meyer about my payment but his said that he fared me and I'll not get paid because I've been away for too long. He maid everything like I never exist and work at his Company. No any letter or other information I've been received from the Company that I'm fared and not'll be payed. And all this happen even I have the Work Contract!!!
So, in my experience, this is a very bad Company whose owner uses people in his own interests without any respect. Owner, Mr. Meyer ( a father), dishonest and can't be trusted person.
