Vielleicht sind junge Menschen ja sich nicht die Kundensparte auf die ihr es angesehen habt. Aber mit service hat es nichts zu tun. Einmal und nie wieder. Fördert lieber Läden, die es verdienen und alle gleich freundlich behandeln.

Ich ging wie immer schnell in meiner Mittagspause kurz in den Laden fand einen tollen Schuh suchte mir den passenden Karton. Da stand plötzlich eine sehr unfreundliche Dame neben mir und sagte das nächste mal sagen Sie bescheid dann suchen wir den Karton raus. Darauf sagte ich vielen Dank aber ich finde das schon. Dann sagte sie noch setzen sie sich bitte und benutzen sie einen Schuhanzieher. Ich nahm die Schuhe tat sie zurück kam mir richtig schäbisch vor. Ich wollte diese nur schnell anprobieren und kaufen hatte ja nicht viel Zeit.
Werde dort nichts mehr kaufen.

Nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man Wert auf einen freundlichen und respektvollen Umgang miteinander legt. Meine Mutti hatte seit langem endlich mal ein paar schöne Schuhe gefunden, welche auch zur Abwechslung mal gut gepasst haben (sie hat sehr kleine Füße). An der Kasse meinte die Verkäuferin, dass sie nun ein neues Gerät hätten mit dem man Pflegemittel auftragen lassen könne und dieses auch 4 Wochen halten würde. Nun wurden sie eingesprüht, heraus kamen ein paar Schuhe, welche komplett versaut wurden. Es sah aus, als wäre man mit den Schuhen durch Regen und Matsch gelaufen und sie danach nicht sauber gemacht. Die Verkäuferin versuchte es weg zu bekommen, was natürlich vergeblich war. Angebot war dann 5€ Nachlass, was bei versauten 70€ Schuhen auch nicht mehr viel ausmacht. Meine Mutti wollte darauf hin die Schuhe auch nicht mehr und anstatt sich zu entschuldigen meinte diejenige nur 'dann nicht'. Ist nicht das erste Mal, dass die Verkäufer dort so schlechten Service anbieten, darum 1*. Wem soziale Interaktionen egal sind, wird hier ein paar Schuhe finden.
