RS-HOTEL - smart luxury hotel & apartments

Have been waiting outside for almost 1 hour now. Check-in was at 14:00 but the machine in front of the hotel doesn't work and reception isn't helping. They just tell you to hold longer.
Got in the hotel around 15.15. We booked a room with whirlpool (extra cost). It didn't work at first, called the customer services who only speaks German, so difficult to understand. Had to turn off power to the room and on again. Then it worked. Whirlpool jets were completely full of gunk as seen on the picture. There is also no staff at the reception or anywhere in the hotel.

Nice clean rooms. Staff helped me nicely when I couldn't pay my parking ticket due to machine malfunction.

Rooms are very hot though, no air-conditioning unfortunately. The beds are also not very comfortable.

Could not check in, terminal malfunction, no staff at the premises.

This is an unstaffed, self check-in hotel.

We tried to check in at the check-in terminal of this hotel with our reservation, but it didn't work.

There was no staff at the reception or in the lobby who could help us.
We tried the published telephone numbers over the next hour (13 times we called the hotel alarm telephone number and four times the general telephone number), but no one answered.

In the end we could not stay at this place because the check-in machine did not give out any entrance codes or cards.

We had to scamble for another hotel.

Very good servise, clean and warm room.
Automatic check-in and check-out.
Perfect comunication with staff and very warm welcoming.

Ideal for individualists and business travelers.

Large, spacy and cozy, but yet functional rooms with a small pantry kitchen. Self checkin with an checkin machine at the entrance.

I just missed some coffee pads for the coffee machine and some ree bags. Would be a nice little plus to get the 5 stars.

Overall clean and we'll styled rooms.

Good for short and long stays.

I was here with my friends for some short buisness trip. For the first, rooms are clean and looking luxury. Comfortable beds. People on reception are really nice and open, they doing great job. 5/5!

Would not recommend. We have been thrown out because they refused to discussed a cancellation. We have made the booking via HRS and when we booked, breakfast was listed in their services information. When we received the confirmation ( payment was in their account) they told us that breakfast was not available...customer service is very poor..there are so much more nice places available in Bruhl.
