The staff at the counter were courteous and friendly. Helped us with the check-in. There was some issues with the booking which was sorted by them very easily. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the warm preparations were excellent. Overall it was a great experience staying at H+ Hotel at Brühl.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, free parking, good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is OK too but we've noticed the food is sometimes not the best quality or tasty. The rooms are too small/tight, pillows are too flat. What I've noticed is that staff does not greet in general with some exception. It's an OK hotel in general but not one we will visit again.

I am really happy with my stay. rooms are clean, parking is big, sauna is very nice, and overall this hotel is amazing. Just one thing happened today, during the breakfast I took bigger glass for a juice, since the ones for juice are small. I took tall glass for latte macchiato, and when I sat down at my table man from the kitchen came in without keeping NO distance (we are in pandemic) and said that these you cannot use these glasses for any types of drink except latte macchiato, and the hotel does not have enough of these, very unprofessional, and uncomfortable experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Köln and Phantasialand. Arriving late at the hotel we noticed the parking spaces were really small and there was not enough parking spots for everyone. They did have an underground garage but that costs 9 euros per day, which everyone wants to avoid. So we had to get creative with parking. The hotel itself is very clean and modern and everything you will look for in this part of Europe. The only complain about the beds and rooms is that we had 2 single beds put next to each other, but the gap in between the bed grew larger each time, so I would recommend something that perhaps can keep the beds together? Bathroom was clean and the room wasn't that big but for sure big enough. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast here is amazing, there are loads of options, it is clean and the food tasted amazing. The location is probably the best hotel to be at if you're visiting Phantasialand, because it is only a 5 minute drive from the Hotel. I would definitely visit again if we were to come again to Phantasialand!

The staff was very friendly.
The rooms were very clean and the beds very confortable to sleep on.
We ate there breakfast, which was very good with a lot of different options available.

The H+ hotel in Bruhl, Rooms are ok, very clean only a bit small.
Wonderfull staff! great breakfast! lots of parking space, a supermarket next door, Phantasialand very closeby.
we liked our stay!

Had a great stay here. Hands down best hotel just outside Phantasialand. Friendly staff and very well kept rooms.
