Mir ist etwas zu Bruch gegangen als ich den schon offenen und beschädigten Karton aus dem Regal holte. Der Chef meinte ich soll das bezahlen. Also schickte er seine Kollegin um mir mitzuteilen das ich das bezahlen müsste. Sicher ist die Firma Fressnapf dafür versichert für solche Fälle. So entsteht für mich die Vermutung, dass er es wohl 2 x kassieren will. Von seiner und meiner Versicherung! Ich bin aus dem Ladengeschäft raus und die Mitarbeiterin schrieb sich mein Kennzeichen auf das ist für mich ohne Zweifel der schlechteste Kundenumgegang den ich kennengelernt habe!
