Wonderful restaurant. Martin knew EVERYTHING about the menu and drinks including great suggestions of how to pair them. It's on a beautiful cobblestone path with little shops that you may never find if you weren't looking. So quaint and cozy. I live in Florida but Bremen Christmas Market is one of me and my sisters favorite ones. We will be back to Aioli! Lovely restaurant.

Tapas… with a German spin.

The food is about 80% when it comes to accuracy. The flavors are nice but not all the way truthful to Spanish cuisine. Regardless, it was a nice meal.

Service was more hospitable than the norm and the servers spoke perfect English.

Delicious, authentic and satisfying tapas. The waiter is also super professional and very polite. I definitely recommend to visit this gem in the heart of Bremen. The wine menu is detailed and you can choose based on regions.

Disappointing ???? good service and nice location. But that’s it. Food (tapas) not recommended at all. I used to live 5 years in Spain, nothing to do. Also very expensive for what you get (at least the tapas combination for 2 persons). Price for the wine was ok.

The enticing smell of garlic from their homemade Aioli brought us to the doorstep and we were not disappointed! Fantastic dishes, big portions, great service. All very beautiful and fine. For only being in the city for just one day, this place was worth the stop.
