This was a horrific experience. Yesterday I bought a big grill pan für 80€ (full price would have been 100€, but everything was on sale) and when I arrived home I saw it had already been used. It had many scratches on the bottom, while the pan itself had in the middle some tiny rests of meat. I took it back immediately and I was just scandalized by this episode and by having wasted my time. The shop assistant saw it clearly and gave me the money back, but when I said that she did not apologize in name of her company, she just "But I have you the money back!". It was awful and I will never by anything from that mark again. Service zero, quality zero and they also try to cheat.
