Absolute Frechheit wie man hier behandelt wird. Man kommt dort hin weil man ein Problem/Störung hat und man wird nur gefragt ob man den Kundendienst schon angerufen hat. Es wird nicht Mal im System nachgeschaut oder ähnliches. Und die Verkäuferin/Beraterin macht deutlich, dass man keine Lust auf Bestandskunden hat! Man kann sich die Fahrt hierher also definitiv sparen!!!!! Einfach eine Frechheit und es ist nicht meine erste negative Erfahrung hier!!!!

Absolut keine Empfehlung. Zur Körnung wurde der Sicherheitsdienst gerufen, da die beiden Damen wohl keinen Ausweg mehr sahen mich loszuwerden und einer Beschwerde beim Vorgesetzten entkommen wollten. Der Shop ist eigentlich nicht mal einen Stern wert.
