Ein schlecht restaurant, essen schlecht schmerkt.
Bad restaurant, this is really a poor restaurant, never ever go to eat there, believe me!!!
The service is bad, the table is dirty, I m afraid they do not wash the sushi plates, the food tastes not good.
when I eat there they only provide me the same type of sushi, because it is easy to prepare and probably also more cheap. I ask for some more different kinds of sushi,they said they are busy. No time.
For the first time I get so angry when I eat in restaurant, if you don't want to ruin your good emotion to eat outside, not go there.

The chef was only busy with the orders and the belt was empty. The miso soup was from early in the morning and so salty that it was inedible. Vor ein paar Jahren sind wir noch sehr gerne zum Sushi essen in die Sushi Factory gegangen. Mittlerweile saßen wir zweimal Hintereinander (!) alleine im Laden. Der Koch war nur mit den Bestellungen beschäftigt und das Band war leer. Die Miso Suppe war von früh morgens und dermaßen übersalzen, dass sie ungenießbar war. Die Rollen hatten sehr viel Reis und wenig Fisch und waren gualitativ schon mal um Welten besser. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr schlecht und für einen schönen Abend gibt es viel bessere Sushi Läden in Bremen, die ihr Geld wert sind.

Das war jetzt das letzte mal in dieser Factory. Jetzt bereits zum 4ten mal hintereinander in den letzten 9 Monaten enttäuscht worden. Gestern war aber die Krönung: das Restaurant nur halb besetzt, dennoch bekam der Koch nichts hin. Eine 45 Minuten lang gab es nur eine Hand voll neuer Sushi auf das Band, welches total leer war. Selbstredend gab es absolut keine Abwechslung. 3 Pärchen sind während wir da waren vorzeitig gegangen. Hab sowas noch nie erlebt.

Schlechteste Factory ever! ... So macht Sushi keinen Spaß. Der Laden wird unterirdisch geführt, kein Vergleich zur zweiten Factory in der City, welche beständig gut ist.

Ganz toller Laden! Wir waren jahrelang in der SF in der Knochenhauerstraße, doch aus unerklärlichen Gründen hat der Service dort stark nachgelassen im laufe der letzten Monate. Ganz anders aber in diesem Laden hier: der Service ist super. Hier wird sich um dich gekümmert, es wird nachgefragt. Der ganze Umgang mit Gästen ist viel kontakfreudiger, interessierter und persönlicher. Und was nicht fehlen darf: das Essen und die Qualität ist 1a! Hier ist der Wasabi noch knallgrün, der Fisch superfrisch und der Reis ein Hochgenuss. Hierhin werden wir immer wieder finden :) ein wahrer Geheimtipp! Wir kommen wieder, Jörg!
