Lots of international students. Good place to make new friends. But the rooms are bit too small. And some people really dont care about keeping silence at nights. Overall its fine just like student dorms.

Very good place for International students in terms of accommodation. Groceries stores and shopping centers are very close. It is also close from Railway station and city center by traveling on Tram 4.
