My friend had an operation ar this hospital and I accompanied her the whole time. The doctor is obviously racist because he knew English but he deliberaty did not answer in English and shouted aalll the time. I kept telling him that my friend is in pain in GERMAN but he kept yelling that the pain is minimal!!!!
My friend was already under a lot of pressure and the doctor could OBVIOUSLY see that, as she was crying when the doctor was yelling, but he did not even try to calm her down. Instead he made the situation worse!!

I heard the doctor say that I understand her but she should speak in German!!!

My 62 years old mother, suffering from osteopenia, had a fall and went in surch for medical aid at this hospital during the weekend. In pain, with edema and bruises, for her surprise she was badly received and disrespected by the only Dr. on call.
He refused to give her any medication for the pain because, those were his exactly words "this is not a pharmacy!" and didn't even bother to know her previous condition.
This is outrageous and simply unacceptable!
The place is a joke!

(Translated by Google) Kudos to the emergency room team from yesterday! I felt very well looked after and my complaints were taken seriously immediately.
Everyone was very friendly and calm even though they were very busy. In an emergency, I would definitely put myself back in the hands of the nurses and doctors there. Thank you for helping me.

(Translated by Google) Absolute insolence - 1 star is already one too many!

When I presented myself in the emergency room, my mother's complaints were not taken seriously because the employee was absolutely ignorant of the German language.
Other patients came and were treated immediately - they had no more problems than my mother.
An elderly gentleman was simply parked in the hallway with his wheelchair, with unacceptable air conditions and without a sip of water.
When it comes to health insurance contributions, the bare minimum is to give patients access to water - especially when waiting.
But in this emergency room, if one of the patients passed out or even died, no one would even notice.

After several questions and requests, we left the emergency room UNATTENTION after more than 3.5 hours.
It is obvious where the focus is in this hospital and who is given priority there. There is no longer any talk of equality.
Apparently you shouldn't even get sick anymore.

Since the very nice lady at the front desk can not save anything.
