I'm a Californian who lives in the Viertel so I have been going to Rosali's for years, but after an especially bad experience there last weekend I will NEVER go back. The older man (who was working alone) asked me to pay before he started to make my order but 5 minutes later when it was ready he told me I had to pay. I told him that I had just paid him a few moments earlier, explaining that I had given him €20 and he gave me back change, but he insisted that I was lying and hadn't paid. I was stunned and had to ask another customer to translate to make sure I was not misunderstanding. After a couple of minutes of this I got very angry and left to get my dinner from one of the local Turkish restaurants (where the sevice is always good). I would advise anyone looking for a reliable customer experience with their food to do the same.

Good place for a quick bite like Burritos and Quesadillas. Not too expensive!
