Unfortunately, it's now the turn of the other knee with the same diagnosis. But I will be happy to turn to the Roland Klinik again.

Mir wurde 2016 eine Schlittenprothese ins linke Knie operiert. Ich muss sagen das war die beste Entscheidung , mich für die Roland Klinik und dem super tollen Team um Professor Skripitz zu entscheiden. Alle waren sehr nett und sehr bemüht, das man schnell wieder auf die Beine kommt. Was soll ich sagen das Knie fühlt sich auch jetzt noch fast 6 Jahre später an als wäre nie etwas gewesen. Leider ist jetzt das andere Knie mit der gleichen Diagnose dran. Ich werde mich aber wieder gerne an die Roland Klinik wenden.
Ganz großes Lob ... und weiter so!!

Ich habe dort vor 2 Wochen eine Schlitten Prothese bekommen.
Vom ersten Tag der Untersuchungen bis hin zum OP Tag war ich bestens informiert und zufrieden. Nach der Operation haben sich die Ärzte und die Pflegekräfte immer sehen lassen und gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Ärzte und das Pflege Personal waren immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Zusätzlich waren die Station und die Zimmer sauber ..Mein Knie sieht sehr gut aus nun gehe ich in die Reha Klinik die auch vom Krankenhaus organisiert wurde.
Ich würde immer wieder in die Roland Klinik gehen.

Tolle Klinik, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Patienten können sich gut aufgehoben fühlen. Da nimmt man auch mal etwas Wartezeit in Kauf, wobei wir nie wirklich lange warten mussten. Man darf ja einfach auch nicht die derzeitige Situation mit Personalmangel vergessen. Ein Punkt (gefühlt sollten es mehr sein aber dies betrifft schließlich nicht das Klinikum an sich) gibt es für die äußerst unfreundliche Dame am Empfang am Haupteingang, der es leider in großem Maße an Empathie fehlt.

The physiotherapists were great and showed you a lot. You got along well just a few days after the operation. Also kudos to the kitchen.
I feel treated like a private patient.

Leider kann ich nur 5 Sterne vergeben. Hier wären deutlich mehr angebracht!!!
Von Beginn an habe ich mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Man bekam zwar eine Patientennummer, aber man war keine. Egal ob Voruntersuchung, die OP (bei mir war es die Hüfte), die Ärzte (hier sehr menschlich und nicht Götter in weiß), daß megafreundliche Pflegepersonal, die Reinigungskräfte und der Empfang...alle echt knuffig. Die Physiotherapeuten waren super und haben einem sehr viel gezeigt. Man kam wenige Tage nach der OP schon gut klar. Auch ein dickes Lob an die Küche.
Ich fühle mich behandelt wie ein Privatpatient.
So ein liebevoller Umgang mit Patienten ist gerade in Coronazeiten, ohne jeglichen Besuch mehr als hilfreich!!! Vielen Dank für alles!!! Annette Schnur

Sehr sehr lange Wartezeit Massenabfertigung und Profitsteigerung spürt der Patient am eigenen Leib.Ich musste insgesamt 16 Stunden auf 3 Termine verteilt warten .
Ich habe keine Schwester gesehen die nicht super freundlich war und die sind da nur am Rennen .
P.S Es ist zwar überall so aber ich finde kostenfreie Parkplätze sollte es in jedem Krankenhaus geben .
Jeder billige Supermarkt bietet dass seinem Kunden .

Nie wieder!
Stundenlanges ( 2 Std.) warten strotzt Termin.
Am Empfang herrscht Caos, da weiß die eine Hand nicht, was die andere macht, man wird hin und her geschickt ehe man in ein Behandlungszimmer kommt, dann noch mal lange auf den Arzt gewartet! Dieser liest sich hektisch die Berichte durch, es findet keine körperliche Untersuchung statt, dann schnell die Empfehlung....Neues Knie. Da verdient das Krankenhaus wohl am meisten dran.
Auf Nachfrage ,ob man nicht erst einmal eine Kniespiegellung machen sollte, sagte mir der Arzt "das machen wir hier nicht".
Und Tschüß....war das erste und letzte mal, dass ich hier war. Ich kann dieses Krankenhaus absolut nicht empfehlen.
