Arrogant and unhelpful staff, among a wide bad work etiquette. I've ordered multiple times due to low prices so this isn't a one time thing. Pasta is amazing, but pizzas here are a joke, (they always come uncut too??). That being said, they don't care a bit about delivering on time, they even yelled at me once because they don't understand how Lieferando works, (they won't accept your order and bring it 1h later every single time.) I've never experienced a worse restaurant in Germany.
