The Rooms have seen better days but are clean.

Room was clean, free parking and it's was easy to find a parking. Staff is nice and breakfast was really good. Recommend this hotel for one night or so.

Friendly staff and a 3 min walk to the tram (to city centre 15min on the tram). Room very simple and no air conditioning, just a fan.

Nice hotel just outside city center. Enough parking spaces around the building of which most of them free. Rooms are tidy and big enough. Minor point, the pillows are really soft and do not offer support. From the hotel you can take a bus to the center. Near the hotel is a big shopping mall with cinema for the occasional rainy day.

Would give Zero Stars if possible
I supposed to stay there 2 adults and 1 child 1 year old.
The room they gave us 4th floor ubder the room.
Elevator only goes till 3rd floor
And 30 degree and no ac in room
When asked for different room got answer that they almost full after they only offers an upgrade against pay.
When mention is common sense to not pit a baby to a room which is not accessible by lift do to stroller I got called a racist.
Next step was canceling of booking through receptionist thanks never again

The room was in good condition, nice shower, location bit far from the center but the tram is every 10 min so no problems there.
They are 2 reason why this great cheap hotel is getting 4 stars. First the 4th floor is without elevator, for my parents it's still OK but older people can find this hard to do. My room (for 2) was really good, small but for the price is perfect. The other room was really small for 3 person, if you want to stand it's only in the center of the room, not to say that if you wake up in the dark you can easily hit your head.
The second thing is the kitchen staff, bit rude if you don't speak German, kind of making the visit less plesent. I still recommend to book there.
