I do not like fast food restaurants in usual but enjoyed the Caesar Salad a lot !!
We ordered chicken with bbq sauce, to be honest the taste was good but it seems I have allergy to bbq cuz my body was burning :(

I need to remind the McDonalds brand that this restaurant is subpar, unclean and a bad representation of the brand. I was there today at 18:40 and ordered a Grand Big Mac, fries and a Hamburger SL. The main issue was that in the restaurant it was cold (AC was working on a part of it but not on the extension to the right side of the counter looking at it), the tables were unclean, unwashed and filled with crumms. The sandwiches delivered were bland and untasty, not following the correct formula I received from other McDonalds in Germany. The pomme frittes were not hot, and not even warm and were stale.. so pretty much bad food all around. The staff didnt speak english at the counter, sort of a german.. the guys in the back were making fun...sort of in english, and what i saw as the shift manager a tall guy spoke german, english and sort of other language. I have no issues with multicultural interactions but this was simply a place where they were making fun of eachother with customers in front of them. What upset me the most was the counter interaction with a person that didnt speak english, nor did he really understand what i want, but with the guys from behind we managed to have a order in.

Good luck to this McDonalds restaurant, most likely i will never pass through there, but my feedback is objective. It looked dirty, badly organized and cold inside. When i go to your brand i want warm rooms, warm food and a service delivered in a clean environment.

It is what it is. It provides what it provides, like every other location. Though...the chicken burgers are better in Germany, but the burgers are somewhat worse. Open late for after-bar shenanigans, but it is rather chaotic, from ordering, to seating, to the noise.

i could i would give 0!!!!!! Stars.. I AM SO MUCH DISAPPOINTED. EVEN IF I EAT ALL THE TIME AT MCDONALD'S SUCH A BAD ONE I HAVENT MET EVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE. ..

This is the WORST mcdoNalds ever
They are rude, they are liars, they gave me fake recipes 3 times and stoled my free coffee gave it their friends ...

EVEN IF I ASKED THEM GIVE ME MY FREE COFFEE AND I SHOWED THEM MY HANDY THEY REJECTED..

They are rude, slow, liar neglectful people who are NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR WORK AT ALL! !

THE TABLES ARE DIRTY AND THEIR HAMBURGER IS COLD AND INGREDIENTS MISSING. FROM THE EASIEST BURGER...

HOW IS A MORE COMPLICATED ONE THAN? !

It's ok but not much option for vegetarians. Vegan and vegetarian things are different.

McDonald's employee that served us was rude and looked untidy. No receipt. No name badge. No customer service. Would never use again! I have sent complaint to McDonald's.
