Let's assume something: if you're shopping in this expensive store, you don't care about prices. (Which are not quite double the expected: 4.60 euros for a cappuccino, 3.00 for an almond croissant.) In this case, the food is wonderful, pastries the best, espresso drinks terrific, and service exceedingly helpful and friendly.

Manufactum is world-famous for quality and service, with good reason. When you're feeling great and want to splurge or feeling bad and want to cheer up, this is the place to go.

3 stars, are for the csfe only (check out the shop, is amazing). I had a small breakfast with an addition of water and scramble eggs for about 15€. The quality of the breads, the cheeses and the "Aufschnitt" would almost justify the price, but the service personnel is still gearing in. On a quiet morning I had to wait for some time to get attended. I had no menu, and overall they did not seem too organized and quick. For example I witnessed people coming in, seating and waiting for 5 minutes for someone to pick up their order, eventually they left. I guess is due to a new team that is building up, probably it will improve!
