Das Frühstück im Lei war wirklich sehr lecker. Man bestellt alles, was man essen möchte, einzeln auf einer separaten Karte. Auch der Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut.
Leider ist es so, dass man auf alles sehr lange warten muss, weil einfach so wenig Servicekräfte vorhanden sind. In meinem Fall: eine Bedienung für das ganze Lokal. Da wird leider an falscher Stelle gespart! Und das bei Preisen, die nicht die günstigsten sind (eine Scheibe Bio-Gauda für 1,60€). Was bei diesen Preisen außerdem verwundert, sind die kleinen Portionen. Wer satt werden will, muss tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Ich denke, mit kleinen Änderungen könnte man den Gästen etwas bieten, wofür es sich wirklich lohnt, außerhalb zu frühstücken. Dann zahlt man auch gerne das Geld.
Also mein Tipp: Seid beim Frühstück großzügiger und kümmert euch zu zweit um die Gäste. Klar, die Personalkosten würden steigen. Der Umsatz und vor allem die Kundenzufriedenheit in so einem hübschen Café aber auch!
