Ich bin mit der HNO Abteilung leider mehr als unzufrieden. Bei der Untersuchung im April war noch alles ok, wenn auch Chaotisch. Die behandelnden Ärzte sehr nett. Aber es war mein 4 jähriger Sohn. Wenn das Terminmanagement so schlecht ist, dann sollten Kinder dort nicht behandelt werden. Denn die können diese Fehlplanung erst recht nicht verstehen.

Ich war vor paar Tage mit mein Kind bei der HNO in Bremen Sankt Jürgen Krankenhaus Mitte und war wirklich sehr zufrieden, die Ärzte sind wirklich sehr nett und freundlich, und vor allem der Professor auch und wissen genau was Sache ist. Medizinische Betreuung und Leistungen sind gut. Zimmer sind auch in Ordnung (nicht zu eng oder dunkel). Leider keine Klimaanlage, allerdings aus hygienischen Gründen, das kann ich nachvollziehen.

Bezüglich des Personals und der menschlichen Betreuung muss ich sagen: kommt auf die individuelle Person an, die man vor sich hat. Es kann vorkommen, dass einfach niemand Zeit für einen hat und das über Stunden. Egal ob persönlich auf Station oder per Telefon. Oder Menschen sind unauffindbar, trotz moderner Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten.
Es gibt aber auch motivierte, freundliche Menschen dort, wegen denen ich nicht nur 2 Sterne vergebe.
