Absolutely Rude doctor and receptionist attending at the emergency section at 3am in the morning in response to a burn on the body. Kept us waiting even when there is no other patient. Would stay away from this hospital and I think nobody should visit this hospital. The most incompetent and inefficient hospital in Germany till date

No respect for queue. And unprofessional it's long story .i wish i could complain to higher ranked level. To tell them that we deserve better treatment in such wonderful country like GERMANY.

Thanks to the doctor, my new born baby and my wife were taken good and safe care, after a hard and tough contraction period and baby position was not good, no more words can express my appreciation. Thanks a lot.

My experience here(eye checkup department) is difficult to explain with words. Had to wait for 3 and half hours for 5 minutes checkup for conjitivitis. Many people came and went after me,but I was kept waiting and waiting...I was mad and asked why my turn is not still coming and she told me that they all took appointment before coming but this was not the case as I asked some people there in the waiting room.
In the phone before going there,I asked for an appointment actually but the receptionist told me to come there directly. After registering,she didn't even tell me how long could it take for my turn. Only after telling them 2 times that I have been waiting for 3+ hours and arguing with them for 5 minutes about all those things,they said it will be my turn next.
At last,I had to get their stamp and it took me 45 minutes more to get only the stamp while only 4 people had their number before me. I was so pissed off losing my 5hours just for a simple checkup that I decided I will never ever go there for checkup anymore and gonna write this comment for sure.
Actually I want to write a letter to the management.
This is the most un-German thing I have ever experienced in these 3 and half years in Germany.

The person in the reception was so arrogant and unhelpful... my friend had a serious case of vasculitis and the receptionist didn't allow her to be checked and wanted her to wait until she would get an appointment to the doctor that would take more than a month... At the end we went to other hospital and she needed to stay 1 week...
