Ich war heute ca. 19.55h dort, um mir eine Covid-Genesungszertifikat ausstellen zu lassen. Ich gehe eigentlich oft und gerne wenn ich was benötige in Ihre Apotheke und sonst waren auch die Mitarbeiter*innen immer freundlich, da ich in letzter Zeit etwas öfter da war um paar Besorgungen zu erledigen und ich oft von einer Fr. Moch (?) bedient wurde, ist mir aufgefallen das Sie gerne ausfallende Wörter verwendet die in dem Bereich nicht hingehören und auch unhöflich war. Ich weiß nicht ob die
Mitarbeiter*innen geschult werden sich richtig zu artikulieren aber ich denke bei Ihr wäre es angemessen. Sonst muss man aber sagen das die Apotheke und die restlichen Mitarbeiter*innen wirklich kompetent und höflich sind.

Als vor wenigen Wochen sogar der Herr, der dort nur sehr selten anzutreffen ist, mir mit schlechter Laune entgegen getreten ist, habe ich mein letztes Interesse an dieser Apotheke verloren. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass sich die Belegschaft und allgemein das Klima so drastisch verändert haben.
