Welcoming crossfit gym when we visited Bremen. Great facilities and very friendly. We were a mixed crossfit ability group from experienced to complete beginner but all were accommodated well - even ensuring instructions given in English for a few of us!

I am not someone who normally likes training inside a gym but the community at Nordlicht are so friendly and welcoming that I always enjoy my sessions there. Their rule is "leave you ego at the door" and that makes it a super welcoming environment. The coaches are excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. The others that train there vary from pro-athletes to those who haven't exercised for years and are trying to get back into it - so you are always training with people of differing abilities!

Seit einigen Wochen trainiere ich in der Box in Horn. Die Jahre davor war ich immer nur ganz stumpf im Fitnessstudio. Irgendwie auf Dauer nicht so erfüllend...

Bei Nordlicht wurde ich von den anderen Mitgliedern und den Coaches direkt gut aufgenommen. Die Workouts wechseln regelmäßig und fordern mich immer aufs Neue! Die Coaches achten auf die richtige Durchführung und es herrscht ein angenehmes Klima! Nervosität bzgl des eigenen Fitnesslevel ist unangebracht, jeder macht sein eigenes Tempo und so gut er kann. Spaß und Teamspirit kommen auch nicht zu kurz:-) es wird viel gelacht (Voraussetzung ist, dass man nach den Übungen noch genug Luft bekommt) :-p

Einfach anmelden, mitmachen und genießen! Nach anfänglicher Skepsis aufgrund der Geschwindigkeit der Übungsausführung wurde ich eines besseren belehrt. Ich stehe voll hinter der Sache!
