Was there for a 10 day work stay, my room wanst cleaned once, and also i had to use same towel during whole stay.

Also didnt get any toilet paper in my outside of the room toilet.

It should be noted that the lady does not even mention a word of apology, but wants to cheer me up with two small single rooms and suddenly I was allegedly sent several emails.
When I asked which address to go to, it suddenly became too time-consuming to look up, and my phone number was also on file.

I found another hotel straight away, one phone call and the room was there, without any problems, I was able to pay later on site and I was treated in a nice and friendly manner.
This lady still has to learn that she depends on her guests and not the other way around.
Hotels are a dime a dozen and probably every other one is better than this one.
I'm about to leave and look forward to a friendly and reliable reception.

Das schlechteste und unzuverlässigste Hotel, was ich je gesehen habe. Ich habe dort ein Zimmer gebucht, mit dem Hinweis, der Wichtigkeit, das ich das Zimmer auf jeden Fall benötige. Daraufhin teilt mir die Inhaberin mit, das meine Buchung per email bestätigt wird. Ich habe zwei Tage gewartet, es kam keine Bestätigung. Daraufhin habe ich noch einmal dort angerufen und mitgeteilt, das ich keine email bekommen habe. Die gleiche Dame erklärt, das ihr Mann wohl vergessen hätte, das Zimmer zu bestätigen und bittet mich, was mir schon hätte komisch vorkommen müssen, eine Mail an das Hotel zu schreiben, damit mir ein Link für eine Zahlung via Paypal zugeschickt werden kann.
Wie gesagt, die Dringlichkeit der Buchung und nochmalige Bitte, das Zimmer reserviert zu lassen, wurde mehrfach betont.
Aber auch auf meine gesendete Mail kommt keine Antwort.
Am Anreisetag rufe ich daher nochmal an, um die Schlüsselübergabe zu klären, da wird mir doch tatsächlich erklärt, das das Zimmer bereits anderweitig vergeben wurde, weil ich mich angeblich nicht gemeldet hätte.
Unverschämt, eine solche Lüge, Inkompetenz auf ganzer Linie.
Anzumerken ist noch, das die Dame noch nicht einmal ein Wort der Entschuldigung erwähnt, sondern mir zwei kleine Einzelzimmer unterjubeln will und plötzlich soll mir angeblich mehrfach eine Mail zugesendet worden sein.
Auf meine Anfrage, an welche Adresse, ist es plötzlich zu aufwendig , nachzuschauen, und meine Telefonnummer war auch hinterlegt.
Fazit:

Lügen, was das Zeug hält
Frech und unfreundlich
Sucht euch lieber ein anderes Hotel, da diese Vorgehensweise sicher auch die Hotelführung wiederspiegelt.
Die anderen Bewertungen zeigen ihr Übriges, hätte mich mal lieber vorher daran orientieren sollen.
Habe jetzt sofort ein anderes Hotel gefunden, ein Anruf und das Zimmer steht, ohne Probleme, kann später direkt vor Ort bezahlen und bin nett und freundlich behandelt worden.
Diese Dame muss wohl erst noch lernen, das sie auf ihre Gäste angewiesen ist und nicht umgekehrt.
Hotels gibt es wie Sand am mehr und wahrscheinlich ist jedes andere besser, als dieses hier.
Ich fahre gleich los und freue mich auf einen freundlichen und zuverlässigen Empfang.

Gemütliches kleines Appartment mit Kochmöglichkeit, Kühlschrank,eigenem Bad mit Duschemöglichkeit und allem was man braucht. Einen Parkplatz findet man vor dem Haus, was ich sehr angenehm finde. Einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt, gibt es einen Bäcker, Rewe und einen Penny. Die Gegend selbst ist angenehm ruhig. Das WLAN ist gut benutzbar und bisher habe ich keine Probleme mit der Empfangsstärke. Der TV könnte eine Spur größer sein, aber das ist eher nebensächlich. Ich werde sehr gerne öfters hier her kommen und kann es auch nur weiter empfehlen.
