This is an intetesting place. The guy seems to be renting out rooms in two bedroom floors. You share kitchen and bathroom if there's somebody else in, which wasn't the case for us, so we basically got a whole apartment for 49€ per night - a great price.
You can check in and out just with a password, but the guy is also available. He was a quite bit unfriendly, but in the end you go there for the room.
The beds were good, very large TV and reasonably close to both the airport and a tram station downtown.

Made a very last-minute booking, arrived right at midnight, owner didn't make the slightest problem out of it.

Beds and bathroom are very nice, and so is the price.

Really nice and cosy place. Very clean with kitchen to use in the morning. 3 Stockwerke (2 oben und 1 unten). Mind the noisy stairs ;)

Hard to find, parking is difficult. Very creaky floorboards on staircase. Shared bathroom.
