The staff was friendly and the check in easy, and there was hot water from the shower. These are the only good things we can say about it. Our room was close to the noisy street, and even with the windows closed we could still hear the noise. One of the windows was broken and couldn't close tight. There is no ventilation whatsoever in the rooms, so it got really warm at night with everything closed. The rooms were only superficially cleaned, but there were stains on the walls, floors, and even on the blankets (there were washed, but not enough).
If that was not enough, we parked our car in the street right in front of the hotel, and the broke our windows, together with another 3 other cars in the same night. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR IN THE STREET in front of the hotel, even if the hotel staff says it's fine.
We are sorry Au0026O, but for the price we payed, we expected at least something decent. We can only discourage anyone to choose this place.

New rooms, everything looked nice. The surroundings outside is a bit edgy but if you need a place to sleep for a few days, its really neat. Nice friendly staff. Its a hostel so there will be a lot of youths there. There is a purchaceable breakfast which was a bit overpriced but alright.

Rooms are good, they have two toilets and a shower in each shared room, but the price doesn't include bedding neither breakfast and that make it a little overpriced. You can hear all the noise outside your room. They have a parking so you can also arrive with your bike. Staff is friendly.

Never had such weird stay like this. We came with kids who were deadly bored in such a tiny cages, called rooms. TV didn't work, we asked for help so lady tried do herself but she couldn't. Next day somebody came as no English so we even didn't sure if he came to see TV. he left and didn't come back. We asked to change room so we get different one.. with TV not working too (!) I wasn't bother keep on asking, were try to spending days outside.
I know it's hostel and maybe shouldnt dream about AC but decent fan could be at reception at least. 33°C and we been frying like roasting chickens.
Staff forgot to smile sometimes, especially men team. With housekeeping this same plus language barrier. Felt like came to village side not big tourist city.

My friend and I paid for bunk beds but got a double bed instead, placed randomly at the end of the room, meaning there was no curtain or anything to get a more private feel. We didn't have a locker in our room because, according to the staff, it couldn't fit under our bed. What? Which hostel doesn't have a locker? Really strange that they acted like this was totally normal and nothing they intended to do anything about. The rooms in general were OK but not to the highest cleaning standards (compared to other hostels).

You know your hostel's pretty bad when people decide to sleep on the street in front of it :-)
Windows in most of the rooms are broken, so you can't sleep because of the noisy traffic. If you're lucky enough to get the room where the window can be closed, your choices are either noise or sweating, as there's no ventilation.
I thought the times when German hostels tried to scam you few more Euros on bedsheets (because everyone's travelling with own bedsheets, right?) are over. Well, it's still alive here.

Clean rooms, close to the station. Bedlinnen was perfect. Beds a bit soft but ok and new. Nice looks and smart design of the bed in the familyroom The bulk bed has good personal reading lights and usb charger (only charging when the light is on)

We had a corridor of noisy neighbours, which were late partying and early leaving with a load of noise. So well...that's not the fault of the hotel although it says something about the sound isolation. But it's probably not every night and on every floor like this. Next time i would explicitly ask for a room in a corridor with guests in the same situation in stead of party people. We only stayed 1 night.

There are stickers on the elevator to respect silence between 10pm and 6am so i guess the noise is known issue.(neighbours respected those hours but nevertheless that's a short timelapse for kids)
