Tasty, quick, pleasant interior. The "Death by Chocolate" dessert is rather a "Still Alive by Disappointed like Hell" dessert as it just lacks the chocolatey kick to it but respect to the cook making it look good and to the marketing staff for making a fun name. Tried it, did not die, will not recommend to buy it :(... Two stars off as I really didn't like the cafeteria-style ordering system with the card. The system is clever, however, I wish the card readers were at the tables so you don't have to walk around and wait in line for everything. It forces you to wait in several lines and while there with a company, forces you to leave your friends waiting at the table only so that they leave after you've come back to the table. And at the end everybody eats separately as the food comes randomly at different time (sorry, it doesn't come, you have to pick it up... Leaving the table again!). It must be the most anti-social concept ever... Get your readers to the tables with the option of "group ordering" or allow in-app ordering and I'll be visiting more often! Payment by card not a problem

Cool concept! Attentive and helpful staff and great food! Service was quick, plenty of seating and a nice ambiance - indoor and out. Prices are reasonable and portions are just right.

For years for pretty much every month we were loyal customers. Now we are not coming back anymore. Quality declined, portions become smaller as prices rise over the last year especially. Was a delicious place a couple of years ago, with good portions. Now we went with a family of four, paying a lot for full portions and I swear we all left hungry. The taste in general lost its richness compared to the original Vapiano. Would have never happened three years ago. Also their original Vapiano salad sauce is not as good any more and you just get a little bit. While you actually got some good bread with your salad a few years ago, now the slices are counted, thin and old. Salad felt like half the size. The kids usually have the kids portion. We ordered the adult plates for our kids and they still remained hungry. Their tomatoes were not even cut properly, the green still on and dumped listlessly on top. Two stars for the atmosphere and quick service, which is nice for kids. But sorry, we are not coming back anymore. And no, we are not giving a second chance as we gave at least 10 chances over the last year and it got worse every time.

What can I say, high prices (€7 for a bottle of water?), mediocre food and slow service. Vapiano, I thought you were great when you opened years ago. The motto was "great Italian fast food". No more sadly.

Food was average the time I was there. There was another time I ordered a Pinsa and thought it wasn't good.
I enjoyed the espresso though. The place itself is nice as well.
