This Tchibo shop is very conveniently situated on the pedestrian area of the Rochusstraße and can be easily reached. The quality and the taste of the Tchibo coffee is well known and if that would have been the only product sold in this shop I would still visit without hesitation. However, this shop has much more to offer in its constant new assortment which changes weekly. One week the visitor could see assortment of home cooking and baking utensils and the next week the shop is completely transforms into arts and crafts shop for all ages.

These are the "regular" products that you can find in any Tchibo Filiale in Germany and abroad, but what you can't find everywhere is the most helpful and friendly shop attendants. When you try to settle in the new community there is always that awkwardness and insecurity but by just visiting this Tchibo shop we were welcomed like a member of the community. It was not just a marketing move but honest and understanding approach. They were willing to speak in English with us just to make us welcome.
