Ich muss mehrmals nachfragen wie bitte sowas funktionieren soll. Ich habe der Dame dann gesagt sie solle bitte mit ihrer Bestellung fortfahren. Die Kundin wirkte dann leicht eingeschüchtert, wollte dann weiter machen wurde aber dann durch den lauter werdenden Ton der Dame hinter Kasse unterbrochen. Der folgende Satz war dann sie keine Zeit hat und weitermachen müsse, da sie den Laden bald alleine "schmeißen" muss. Ich habe auf meine Bestellung verzichtet, da ich jedem Menschen den gleichen Respekt gegenübertreten möchte. Die ältere Kundin wurde definitiv respektlos behandelt und konnte sich nicht wehren. Ich dieses Geschäft nicht empfehlen, ich rate auch davon ab hier einzukaufen. Ich werde es in Zukunft nicht mehr tun. Es gibt glücklicherweise genug Alternativen. An die Leitung, die das liest und vielleicht auch etwas ändern möchte, wäre ein Überdenken der Personalpolitik bzw. der Kundenumgang in Erwägung zu ziehen. Super nette Mitarbeiterinnen! Dort vorbeizukommen macht einfach richtig Spaß. An einem schlechten Tag gehe ich eigentlich immer vorbei um mir einen Kaffee mitzunehmen; man muss die Filiale einfach mit einem Lächeln wieder verlassen. Seit 2 Jahren bin ich jetzt mehrmals im Monat dort. So oft war ich noch nie in irgendeinem Cafe/Kaffeefiliale. Aber bei so nettem Personal und so guten Kaffee geht es kaum anders ;)
