when returned the car , we informed we had transported a person Corona Virus positif. They explained us the protocol in this case: the car is kept in isolation for 6 days and complet deinfection the car will be done. Mr TORRES thanks us to informed about the problem. We were responsible if somebody should be infected and they explained the SIXT Protocol in such case. we keep confidence with SIXT security protocol. and stay your client for next renting.

Cheaters - got a bill of 1600 euros even though the damages were already declared before renting.

3 weeks later still no deposit returned €500. Sent numerous emails to have no reply! Do not use this branch. Terrible service! Not to trust them! 1 star is too many!

I reserved a car for 5pm pick up, but they closed at 12. Called and was told the only option was to take a 30 minute train ride to a different office. This almost ruined my vacation, but I was able to find a better deal from Europcar.

Rented a car from sixt. It shut down on the highway. We re started it It shut down a total of 11 times before we got back to where we were staying. A mechanic was sent out. He apologized the car was then picked up on a truck and we are now left with no car on our last Friday night and no way to get to the airport tomorrow. Great company. I’m so glad I have “gold status”
