I went to see My Chemical Romance with a VIP ticket and the package was worth it: wearing the VIP wristband, I had access to the front of stage area, there was a variety of drinks as well as a buffet (all included in the VIP package) and there were plenty of seats available in case you needed a break. the staff was very friendly too. now here's the downside: the organization was downright embarrassing. there was only one entrance for the entire audience, there was no separate queue for the front of stage or VIP tickets, it was already ten minutes past opening time when they kindly told us where we could get our wristbands to skip the queue, security wouldn't let us in at first because they didn't know the VIP wristbands would be brown that night... the list continues. really disappointing. however, the gig was great, the audio was okay and so were both the staff and the VIP lounge.

Refund of the tickets would be a respectfull solution for the fans, the band couldn't save the bad organized show. Long waiting in the heat, rude and discriminating staff members.

The speakers in the middle weren't functioning properly so the crowd was still asking to turn the volume up an hour into the hour and a half long show.

It has been a month, still no response on mails and the phone doesn't get picked up.

Don't test the audio in front of paying fans next time, and talk with the staff about discrimination.

It wasn't a pleasant experience and i have never seen an organisation so bad and carefree with zero responsibility as Kunstrasen.

I went to see My Chemical Romance and the organization was really upsetting.
The security didn't know what to do. There was only once entrance for thousands of people and no control, so people stumbled upon each other.
The sound was not very clear nor loud, you could not hear it very well.
The queue was a mess, people (like me) were waiting since very early and other people who came later got in before (and they did not have VIP or anything).
Next time please, try to do better.
Regardless My Chem were amazing I love them.

I went to a concert there and it was amazing! However the ground was very dry dirt and you’d get really dirty sitting on the ground while waiting and there came a dirt cloud from all the jumping

Worst experience ever. The organization was awful but what I cannot understand it's the sound. I was standing front and center and I couldn't hear a thing. At a rock concert. I was so disappointed. We even complained to the staff to say that we couldn't hear the band, they told us that they couldn't do anything, that yesterday was the same; people complaining and no solution. They also told us that with concerts here is always the same, I'm never coming back.

would be a great location but the sound was awful, vocals too low, music in general not loud enough for the ones in the back to have a great time. Entrance was a mess, not enough doors and security didn't know what to do. Lead to fans getting hurt. Then security forgot to hand out wristbands for the vip ones. Now those couldn't get into their designated area even tho it said on their ticket. Front of Stage area only half full which killed the vibe. Simply disappointing.
