The room is okay, it's basic and a bit older as well as the furniture. The bathroom was freshly renovated and made a very nice impression. The room and bathroom were tidy and clean. The bed was really comfortable!
The internet worked fine. Overall a good hotel.

The restaurant was good, although we were said/informed that "just a backup cook" was available. The price a bit expensive, but the meal good/tasty and the portionsize was good.

Construction work woke me up at 7.30am.
Unacceptable! They kept banging until 10.00 am when I left the hotel!
It was right above my head. Impossible to sleep. Impossible to stay in the room even awake.
They said they were sorry.
Also no iron for your shirts in the room. Staff was kind and polite. They did find a way to iron my shirt. Acceptable breakfast. Nice bed. Poor wifi.

We chose the hotel as a stop off on a long trip, things went a bit strange from before arriving when we contacted the hotel confirming our arrival around 730 they then informed us that nobody would be there and we would have to see ourselves in. After informing us the codes we were told that the restaurant was closed. On arrival we got to the room, it was a decent size room, the exterior was similar to the adjacent buildings the interior however was stuck in the early 80s. The carpet and decor were utilitarian at best, everything there was there to just get by. Alot of sharp corners so not ideal for toddlers who run about especially after a long car journey. The bathroom and toilet had no locks. Just tissue stuffed in to the keyhole. The toilet has a very noisy fan and the shower had asthmatic pressure. The mattresses were not the most comfortable but being tired didn't really care.

The breakfast was good, not enough to redeem the experience. I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend this room for more than a single night but only as a place to sleep.

In my opinion this is a 2 star experience and really not worth of being 4 stars! Yet they charge 4 star prices.

First impression is really OK. Clean, spacious, nice. Apartment 931 has a small kitchen and balcony, love it!
Apartment 326 is same like 931, but has a very poor wifi connection at the moment of this edit (17.11.2019).

Like for that price it is bad. Rooms are big but no well furnished. Breakfast average. Bathroom terrible. Toilet is so close to sink and towel holders so you can be stabbed by them if you want to seat. Plus housekeeping counted that I used mini bar and I did not.

Very high rent for a not so developed area.
Poor WIFI connection which disconnects very frequently.
You will get much cheaper options in good areas.
When I expressed my opinion, the owner was rude.
Complaints will not be acknowledged or resolved.
Need hundreds of follow ups.
Overall bad experience.

I was visitng this hotel for more than 5 years already. It is not standard hotel build type, but several houses rebuild to hotel. Each room is little bit different: some are big, some have nice view, some are not so nice e.g. in the basement... as a result the type/size/location of your room is always little bit of gamble :-) Hotel is located in quiet part of Boon so you can hear the birds in the morning, however some rooms are oriented to the street and even despite outside blinds you can hear the noise from the street.
You can get to city centre by few minutes walk to the tram which takes you to centre in cca 20 min. If you walk little bit more (cca 10 min) you will get to the river having nice green park on both sides. The hotel location is best suited for business travellers having offices in walking distance, or people seeking accomodation outside the main/busy city parts.
For all the years I had mostly positive experience, but there have been also negative experiences that I believe could be resolved more promptly or even prior to complaining. Because of this I'm giving 4 stars overall.
