Friendly hotel staff, the room was beautiful and felt luxurious. We were happy to learn we can access the hotel with our room pass at any time, so we could get back late after the concert we went to. We had some trouble finding a parking spot, but found one in the next street. It is not in the center of Bonn, but I preferred this because it was very calm at night. I haven't heard any of the other guests either.

Nice balcony room in the new building with good size…
The strange thing is that there is no telephone in the room ،، I have to call from my phone to the reception room !!!
In fact, the worst thing is the location of the hotel above the mountain, which requires a lot of effort to climb, which is not practical at all. But the area is very quiet, which is great

The restaurant is closed during the Pandemic but you can order food online and they will bring it to your room. (Before using the minibar check the dates and make sure they are not out of date) everything else was great????

Very nice place to stay. Nice surrounding and very calm . There is a mini bar and breakfast service

Friendly staff, quite environment. The location is quite far from Bonn, need to plan the bus and train ride properly but it can be done. The next bus station is only 2 min away. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good rooms, good servise, beautiful athmospire and building. All works. Clean, nice to be.. but. Very far away from city, restaurants and activities.
Love to be here, but you are just outside of everything. (restaurant is closed)
After all. Very good. Good bed, good everything. And 10 points to reception-person. Very friendly. Thanks.

Very basic village hotel, clean bright room, bathroom smelled a bit weird and there was only sparkling water for the nighttime thirst. Staff was nice and breakfast buffet was reasonable.
