The rooms are nice and clean, the service is good, the breakfast is ok, the 24/7 service is nice. But unfortunately the rooms can get quite warm in the night, with no aircon or any other way of temperature control. And if you have a room on the front side, you can't really open the windows in the night, because the tram and tram station are simply too loud.

The hotel was fine otherwise but the housekeeping took away my own hair towel while tidying up the room. I never got it back or even get an apology.

Great location and great staff, the people at the reception were really nice and helpful. We also got a huge room, really nice experience!

A bit noisy because of the location, and shower water pressure was a bit poor, but service and breakfast was good.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The location of the hotel is very convenient to public transport, the supermarket and shops u0026 restaurants. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend room 506 for a single person. Thank you for such a pleasant stay in Bonn!
